Description:
Gym guy -
I belong to a couple of great well equipped gyms ..
Im now semi retired in my primary job so I have more free time
to do the things I wanna do.
Keeping up with mates. Working out.
Fooling around B4 Im too old for anything.!

I have a lot of gym equipment at home and often run PT sessions here
for people who dont yet feel confident to walk into a proper gym


As far as wrestling goes, Ive done it off and on for many years.
Not many guys did it well into their 50s as injuries take much longer to
repair and believe me, injuries can and do happen.!!

Im still happy to roll around but Im much more
into workout meets now. ..

My son now lives with me.. Im very proud of him but it means hosting needs planning but workout meets r fine..
