 |  | Next, I tell Alberto I'd like to rack him. He's 175, simply 25 pounds heavier than me, and in the past, I've been able to put around 220-230 on my shoulders, so... it should be a piece of cake.
Mmmm.. Alberto feels great over my shoulders. I don't get to taste the feeling of dominating him often enough in our current match. :) |

After I drop Alberto on the mats, he goes to show me he can do this rack without having to kneel like I do... why isn't Alberto a big show off? :) |

Look at this: it shows the strength, the manliness, the great power of the mighty Alberto! It shows that he is in total control and that I am about to submit to him. :) |

There is a small difference though: this one is a rear head scissors as opposed to the side head scissors earlier shown earlier.
Well, at least now you know Alberto's secret and favorite weapon. :) |
