Fine, I lost. How about a 2 out of 3 then?
We lock up and Alberto is about to show me how he can manhandle me with his sheer strength.
Barely seconds after we lock, he picks me up, almost lands me in some sort of knee backbreaker and slams me back on to the mattress.
I'm technically back to square one. |

|
 | | I'm actually stuck in something worse: A rollover pin that can drain you quickly if you let yourself stay in there for long.
My neck has always been one of my weak physical spots due to a previous injury... so I try to break free here by locking my legs around Alberto's arm. I am hoping to bring it down to at least get out of the rollover pin. This would give my neck some space to move. |

 | | Alberto changes his position and we're back to where he was on top of me.
He has the choice of doing his rotation like earlier or he can just stay there with his weight and defensive stance on top of me and I probably won't be able to do anything anyway... |

Seeing me falling twice to a same maneuver, Alberto decides to coach me here:
- "You know, you can use a bridge here to make me lose some balance. Pull yourself together: lift up your back with a good strong push."
I do, as he instructs me, but then Alberto is also giving me a chance here by pretending to lighten the weight on me.
I'll give this point to him still:
Score: 2-0 for Alberto. |
