A couple of wrestlers already have this hold in their standard moveset.
However, you can create your own wrestler and customize his size, height, appearance and other attributes, then assign the bearhug (among many different holds) to your wrestler.
There are a few elements in-game that are pretty annoying: first, a submission text appears over the screen whenever a bearhug is in effect. Second, while bearhugging your opponent, both wrestlers strangely move towards the nearest rope or closest edge. Third, the voicing is repetitive and horrible. And lastly, the announcer is very annoying but luckily you can turn it off!
The creation engine also allows you to pick full nelsons, a few types of scissors and a rare "Groin Claw" you don't generally find in your usual video game. :) |
