Description:
As far as I know, the standard characters do not apply this hold. The game comes with a "Create-a-wrestler" option and you can assign this hold to your wrestler.

The creation engine is pretty limited though compared to engines offered by recent consoles.

Also, the game is entirely in japanese so good luck trying to figure out how to create your wrestler :)
