Description:
Like wrestling any type, although presfer submission or roughhousing.

Get on the physicality and raw agression or it although just rolling around with someone like minded is fun to.

Gear - whatever singelt & boots to nothing.

Anything more than wrestling - open minded - but of course it depends on chemistry.
