Episode name:
The League of Extraordinary Barts/Bongos

Description:
The second story (in "paintbrush-stroke" style art) features a man trying to take photos, and the Super Heroes and Villains of Zenith always getting in his way.

One of the encounters has the frankenstein monster capturing Captain Squid at a bay.

Could this story also have appeared at an earlier time in a different simpsons/RadioactiveMan comic (in traditional Groening style art)?
