The classic Fellini film "Satyricon" has some (very brief) bearhugs in it. It's in the Slave Galley wrestling scene. It's a very...unusual film, not a normal narrative, but an amazing visual feast. Best watched on the largest screen possible and utterly, utterly homo-erotic.
