Entry Description:
At 49 seconds into the video link, Superman gets grabbed and pulled into a bearhug by a Cyclops conjured by magic, something he is powerless against as much as Kryptonite.
I particularly like this episode because later Syrene summons a giant Minotaur which grabs Superman in its huge hand.

Link 1 has foreign subtitles.
Link 2 doesn’t have subtitles, but the bearhug is after a minute.

This series is everything the 1940s serials wasn’t: great detail in animation (though not as fluent), based on comics and with monsters and bearhugs!
