Description: |
Work out 4 times a week with my trainer, hour+ of lifting then hour of cardio, keeping bodyfat low while adding some muscle. Routines primarily for strength. Lean hard muscle and strong. Best strength routine is deadlift, best so far has been multiple sets/reps at 330, back up to 311 now. Not serious wrestler, like good friendly fun exhausting workout, especially if there is some chemistry. Not into hookups. New friends great and if something develops beyond friendship, even better. |
