I work out regularly, used to wrestle but haven't in a long time now. Trading & working holds would be fun.

I have a number of videos and tons of photos (mostly full nelsons) for trade.

My favorite hold is a tight full nelson on a muscular guy, preferably to KO. MAJOR TOP here, so you can imagine the outcome...
