Pictionary of Wrestling Holds
Indian Deathlock (Reverse)

Personal definition:

Probably better explained in steps:

1. Your opponent is face down
2. Put your opponent's legs in a four: the right leg is straight/untouched and the left leg is bent: the left leg is resting on the right leg behind the knee (the foot goes past the knee)
3. Lift up the right leg.
4. Entering from the right side of the right leg, put your right foot inside the four.
5. Position to the left of your opponent such that the right foot of your opponent touches your right calve.
6. Move slow towards the opponent head: the calve pushes forward the right foot of your opponent.
(This move can be combined with the full nelson, sleeper, headlock and bearhug)

This is actually best described with a video:

Big Book of Wrestling Moves definition: The definition from the Big Book of Wrestling Moves currently seems to differ from the move being described, so I'll skip this definition.
Wiki definition: Leg Lock, Inverted Indian Deathlock

The victim is face down on the mat, the attacker crosses of the victim's ankles into the crook of the victim's other knee. The attacker uses the back of their leg to apply pressure to the victim's leg that is up and puts their leg in between the victim's entangled legs. Then the attacker can stand and apply pressure, or may fall backwards applying pressure to the victim's legs.
