• In the case of CDs, DVDs and tapes, the shipping costs will be covered without additional charge for Canada & USA countries. If you are outside those countries, please make sure you click here to add international shipping fees. This rule is ignored for any video on demand purchases (there is no shipping required, even for international orders for video on demand).

• Shipping is very discreet to respect your privacy.

• The price charged is used to cover for general workmanship (editing, capturing, converting, cutting, merge, joining, data transfer), utility costs (electricity, usage of burner, CD, media, boxes, rent of equipment), site maintenance, bandwidth costs, site related fees and shipping/handling costs (if applicable). There is no additional fee. You are however responsible for custom fees at the borders, if applicable.

• All contents available in any type of media offered on this site are viewed on a collector to collector basis with no rights implied or given.

• Please allow 3-8 weeks for your CD(s) or tape(s) to arrive. Please allow up to 48 hours for any video on demand materials to arrive.

• The BSP is NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail or seized by the borders. Again, please order these media (tapes/CDs) at your own risk.

• Please note that some International orders may be stopped by Customs when entering your country. Often times, they will return the product back to the BSP, in which case we will communicate you to get a different shipping address or to settle things out.

• You accept full responsibility for orders intercepted by Customs and not returned to the BSP.

• Due to lax or non-existent laws concerning international credit card fraud in Australia and Hong Kong, the BSP do not accept credit card orders from these countries.

• It is STRONGLY recommended to have your Paypal address VERIFIED by Paypal so that you may get their buyer's protection. You can check if your address is verified by logging into your Paypal account.

• By ordering any of the media presented on this site, you will not hold responsible the Bearhug Submission Page for anything before, during and after your visit and/or order.
