Figure fours aren't usually applied this way, but since I don't have the pro training to do it the fast and impressive way, I get to do it slowly and methodically so I don't break my opponent's legs :`)

Yes, you can see me smirking and smiling at the camera while my opponent is struggling...

It looks like a harmless hold, but it is actually quite painful!
