Description:
Batman and Bane are battling atop a ship. Wait 20 seconds . . .

Personally I find the Bruce-Timm-animation style TOO blockish this time, and therefore lacks any real joy for the bearhug, but at least Bane finally DOES BearHug Batman in animation; wished it could've happened more in the series.
