Description:
Spider-man gets bearhugged by Venom’s crushing embrace in his first surprising encounter!

Plot:
The V-252 mysteriously finds a new host although it’s currently locked up in Avengers Mansion. Spider-Man finds that Venom is not setting off his Spider-Senses and worries who the host could be. At the same time, Peter Parker tutors Flash Thompson in his science exam overseen by his teacher Sal Salerno. Afterwards during the football game at Midtown High School’s rival Truman High led by its quarterback Kevin Wyatt, Spider-Man works to stop Venom’s symbiote rampage and spreading infection.
