Description:
The first Bearhug is part of a boss fight within the Knight campaign with Gudmundr the Viking. He will rush toward the player arms outstretched giving the player a big ol bearhug. As seen at 1:22 in the link.

The second is in multiplayer and is performed by the Shugoki class. With this class you can perform an over the shoulder bearhug. as seen at 0:25 in the second link.
