Good reverse bearhug, but I would love it more if it were the Big(ger), bald man from the previous page bearhugging the Ghost Who Walks.

This is a comic that has been in the back of my mind for years ever since I first saw it, but didn’t really know until i got it recently . . .

Plot:
The Phantom and Diana, while having a relaxing recuperation after his life-threatening operation (Frew 1408-1412), come across some divers with hostile attitudes. With clues unintentionally left behind, the Phantom and Diana investigate and find out about a smuggling operation with featuring the Singh submarine . . .
