Toxzon escapes from jail, seeking vengeance on Max Steel.
Steels fascination with a prison guards comic book on superhero-ing goes overboard by spending all night reading about superheroes and ordering boxes of comics. When Toxzon attacks a chemical treatment plant, Steel unveils a new uniform resembling a stereotype caped hero and others reminiscent of different heroes, much to Maxs humiliation. Toxzon and Max Steel meets in the warehouse outside the facility, but Steels ridiculous behavior allows Toxzon to escape. Berto finds out Toxzons plan: poisoning the citys water supply. When Max and Steel find Toxzon, he is actually planning on creating acid rain strong enough to melt buildings, to literally wipe Copper Canyon from the map. The heroes battle an army of Goop soldiers with CYTRO, who gives Max the counter-agent to end the acid storm. Steel fakes losing the 1-on-1 fight with Toxzon to injects the counter-agent into the villain, who ends the storm on his own.

In an attempt to save the city, Max Steel tackles Toxzon at high speed, holding onto him in a bearhug-like hold - its a bit hard to see, though, but its close.
