Plot:

Ray and Debra give Robert a thousand dollars due to his complaints of poverty. When he uses the money for a vacation in Vegas, Ray gets angry and threatens to not be his brother anymore. Robert gets offended that Ray�s gift �came with rules attached�. Later, Ray then goes over to Robert�s place to apologize.
