Bearhugs @ : 1:43, 2:25 and 4:48 (for 4 seconds).

Technically, you can make anyone bearhug anyone you want. The game offers you enough level of customizations to design your characters and add the bearhug hold in your repertoire. Then, you can duke it out on the ring.

Or if you don't want to spend time designing, some of the built-in characters already have the bearhug hold you can use.
