Neck/Head lock and (brief) Reverse Bearhug.
Venom (Eddie Brock) catches and holds his ”old friend” in a tight grip around the neck. Spider-Man (Peter Parker) struggles and Venom THRUSTS him still in hold, wrenching his opponent to and fro with his huge big muscles. This hold lasts for several seconds.
Later, Venom quickly sneaks up behind Spidey and grabs him in a reverse bearhug, holding the surprised hero for almost 2 seconds before being thrown overhead.
Not the CRUSHING HOLD we’d all like to have seen longer, but better than nothing.
