Description:
The bearhug appears in a comic-like flashback to the actual owner of the green cape, the Green Mantle, who before being defeated in battle was held in a bearhug by his robotic enemy Mechazoid, which is shown at 3:48.

A comic drawn bearhug of a superhero character who is a parody of the Green Lantern.

Plot:
When Raph gets hold of a cape that grants him super powers, an impressed Justice Force invites him into their ranks and Mikey gets super jealous. But when Dr. Malignus tries to get the cape for his own villainous designs, Mikey and Raph must put aside their differences to save the city!
