Description:
Probably doesn’t count as a bearhug, but you can see a bearded Kirk Douglas being bearhugged from behind for a short while in the attached YouTube clip near the 0:40 second mark.

A second bearhug, this one inverted, can be seen shortly after the 2:00 min. mark.*

*Due to the fact that Umberto Silvestri’s listed as being 2 characters, I’m not sure which he’s playing in this scene.

Plot:
A movie adaptation of Homer’s second epic that talks about Ulysses’ efforts to return to his home after the end of ten years of war.
