This is a link to a very interesting document on the Safety for women website. I know it says for women, but the techniques that are shown in that page are self-defense measures against agressors that intend to use choking, bearhug and other attacks on you. These may be applied for both men and women. I figured out that since you guys like bearhugs this much, then this is well worth a read that can save your life. You never know if you'll meet someone psycho enough to trap and kill you with a simple bearhug hold.

I initially posted a link to this article on one of my news headline. Here is an excerpt of my headline:
I believe the Giant was referring to the PPV event of Halloween Havoc 1995 (see bearhugs in PPVs for more info) since the Giant did bearhug Hogan over a significant amount of time. I'm not just pointing this article because of the word "bear hug". The interview as a whole was very interesting and informative.
